Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer, you will lead the design process, ensuring that all websites are visually stunning, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions. You'll work closely with developers and collaborate with SEO and Ads teams to create cohesive, impactful digital experiences.

Shift: Day Shift, Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm PHT, Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek

• Exceptional Web Design Skills: Ability to create stunning, modern websites that are visually engaging and user-friendly.
• Strong Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing high-quality web designs that reflect creativity and expertise.
• Proficiency in Modern Tools: Expert knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, and other relevant design tools.
• Proven UI/UX Expertise: Ability to integrate UI and UX effectively, optimizing for functionality and user experience.
• Elementor Experience (Bonus, Not Essential): Knowledge of Elementor is a plus but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on web design.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, usability testing, and user-centered design.
• Experience collaborating with SEO, developers, and marketing teams.

Your Daily Tasks

• Lead the creation, refinement, and maintenance of website designs to align with project goals and user needs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure correct implementation of designs and maintain consistency across all pages and platforms.
• Optimize design elements for usability to provide an intuitive and engaging user experience that supports conversions.
• Collaborate with SEO and Ads teams to align content and landing pages with UI/UX best practices, enhancing both user experience and search engine performance.
